Joel V. Bello Parra, Esq. is an associate attorney with The Loss Recovery Law Group. Joel represents Plaintiffs in residential and commercial property damage claims against insurance companies throughout the state of Florida. He also represents property owners in disputes against home owner associations who seek recovery for damages stemming from the association’s acts or omissions.

Joel has obtained a substantial amount of experience litigating first-party property insurance disputes with The Loss Recovery Law Group. Whether the loss stems from hurricane, windstorm, plumbing, vandalism, fire, or otherwise, Joel zealously advocates on behalf of clients to ensure that they obtain a just recovery for their claim.

Joel earned his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Prior to attending law school, Joel earned his bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Political Science from the Florida International University.

Joel was born in Caracas, Venezuela and immigrated to the United States in 2002. He currently lives in Weston, Florida. In his spare time, Joel enjoys spending his time reading, writing, and playing table-top games.
