Brian Wisniewski exclusively represents Plaintiffs in both residential and commercial property damage claims against insurance carriers throughout the state of Florida.  He has successfully litigated claims on behalf of property owners involving fire loss, theft & vandalism, business interruption, windstorm damage, Hurricanes, plumbing loss and air conditioner malfunctions.  Brian has successfully litigated assignment of benefits claims on behalf of water remediation & extraction companies, mold remediation companies and general contractors.

Before working on behalf of Plaintiffs, Brian represented some of Florida’s largest insurance carriers where he observed the insurance industry from the inside and learned how insurance carriers adjust claims, value damages, make coverage determinations, draft & interpret policy language and litigate claims in the courts. Brian has served as a contributing member on multiple panels of attorneys providing insurance carriers advice, training, and technical knowledge regarding on the legal aspects of the insurance industry. This experience has been invaluable and allows Brian to effectively represent his clients against the same insurance carriers he trained.  Understanding the factors that motivate insurance carriers, their litigation adjusters, and their attorneys gives Brian a strong advantage in litigation, which has resulted in significantly larger awards for his clients.

A core principle of Brian’s practice is client communication and making himself available to answer all questions big and small.  Brian and his team take the extra steps to keep the firm’s clients involved in the claims process, updated on litigation events and in the loop on all settlement discussions and negotiations.  At The Loss Recovery Law Group, our clients come first and are never treated like “just another claim.”

Brian was born and raised in Buffalo, New York. He currently lives in Fort Lauderdale and enjoys spending his time cooking and eating with his family.
