OUR TEAM

Born and raised in Israel, Datan moved to Florida with his family in 1994 and has lived in South Florida ever since. Having lived through countless hurricanes – big and small – Datan has experienced the devastation and tragedy these storms leave behind.  Practicing law for over a decade, Datan has witnessed the frustration and stress home and business owners suffer when their insurance providers don’t fulfill their contractual obligations and decided to do something about it.

Datan manages the day-to-day operations of the firm and is always available to address any concerns to assure that he and everyone at The Loss Recovery Law Group treat every client with the dedication and respect they deserve.

Datan earned his Bachelor of Science from Florida Atlantic University in 2003, his law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2007 and his LL.M. from the University of Miami College of Law in 2008. He lives in North Miami Beach with his wife, three kids and their dog, Cardozo.
