Osnat “Ocey” Dorot is an associate in the firm’s first-party property damage claim practice. With over ten years of complex commercial litigation experience, Ocey is truly a zealous advocate. With a broad range of civil litigation experience, Ocey has handled multi-million-dollar jury trials and has argued hundreds of cases at all stages of litigation and appeals throughout the state of Florida.
Ocey is a native of Israel but moved to Miami at the age of four and spent most of her life in South Florida, where she planted her roots in the local community. After graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Ocey continued on to law school at the University of Florida.
Having lived through countless hurricanes, including Andrew, Charlie, Wilma and most recently, Irma, Ocey has been helping to rebuild her community after each storm.
Ocey lives in Aventura with her husband and three children. When not fighting insurance companies, Ocey spends time with her family and friends and engages in a variety of community activities and her children’s schools’ PTA.
