Aaron J. Navia, Esq. is an associate attorney at The Loss Recovery Law Group. Aaron dedicates his practice to the prosecution of plaintiff first-party property insurance claims. Aaron actively litigates cases throughout the state of Florida and vigorously fights for property owners' rights when they suffer property loss. Whether the loss originates from hurricane, windstorm, theft, vandalism, business interruptions, plumbing, HVAC malfunctions or otherwise, Aaron ensures our clients recover every dollar they are entitled to from the insurance company. Aaron also represents general contractors, remediation companies, mitigation contractors and other professionals seeking recovery for services performed pursuant to an assignment of benefits.

Born and raised in South Florida, Aaron has seen firsthand the havoc and destruction hurricanes cause throughout the state. Aaron's compassion for clients, coupled with his passion to help at their time of need, is only surpassed by his relentless drive to fight for their rights!

Prior to his employment at The Loss Recovery Law Group, Aaron served two terms with Equal Justice Works AmeriCorps JD program at the Cuban-American Bar Association where he assisted under-privileged communities throughout Miami-Dade County in a variety of cases, including immigration, landlord tenant disputes, and homeowners association foreclosure actions.

After earning his Bachelor of Accounting degree from Florida International University, Aaron pursued his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law. Aaron is currently a member of the American Bar Association and the Cuban-American Bar Association.

Aaron currently lives in Plantation. When he is not advocating for his clients he is typically fishing or exploring Florida’s diverse landscapes.
